President
Rob is president and owner of Guardian Pharmacy of Tampa, which he opened in 2008. A graduate from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy in 1990, he has been working in long term care for more than 25 years.
VP Finance & Operations
David joined Guardian Pharmacy in 2012 and has over 25 years of business experience, 13 of those in Long Term Care. As VP of Finance & Operations, David is focused on the company’s financial management as well as creating efficiencies in the pharmacy’s daily workflow to ensure accuracy of medication orders and on-time delivery.
Director of Operations
Dwayne Thornton is a Lean Six Sigma blackbelt, operations management professional focusing on metrics customers care about. He holds an MBA from University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and pharmacy degree from University of Florida.
Director of Business Development
Matt joined Guardian Pharmacy in 2006 and brings more than 25 years of sales experience in the Long Term Care market with a track record of expanding pharmacy service areas. Matt’s focus is to bring communities the highest quality of medication management and build lasting, trusted relationships.
